39A Consents

In accordance with S.I. No. 174/2021 and S.I. No. 293/2021 respectively, the CRU makes any Environmental Impact Assessment Report (EIAR) or Natura Impact Statement (NIS) received in relation to a Section 39A application available to the public for a consultation period of 30 days.
