Make a complaint
From time to time you may experience difficulty with your bill, your connection to the electricity or natural gas network or some other issue relating to your natural gas, electricity or water supply. If you are unable to resolve your problem, the CRU offers a free and independent complaint resolution service.
Complain to your energy provider
If you are not satisfied with the service provided by your energy supplier or network operator you can complain to them.
Complain to Uisce Éireann
If you are not satisfied with the water or wastewater service provided by Uisce Éireann you can complain to them.
Complain to the CRU
The CRU provides a free complaint resolution service for customers who have submitted a complaint to their supplier, network operator or Uisce Éireann and are unhappy with the outcome.
