Secondary Fuel Obligations

The CRU has today, 29th March 2021, published a Clarification and Call for Evidence on Secondary fuel obligations on licenced generation capacity in the Republic of Ireland. The paper aims to clarify the application of the obligationĀ  to certain new situations.
