    Consultation is now closed

    The CER has today, 3rd April 2014, published a Proposed Decision Paper on the Proposed Levy Methodology for Licensed LPG Undertakings.
    Under the Energy (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2012, the CER may charge a levy on Licensed LPG Distribution Network Operators. This paper addresses responses submitted to the CER in response to a Consultation Paper published on this matter on 7th February 2014.
