Information and Consultation Paper: Arrangements for the Calculation of the Public Service Obligation Levy post I-SEM Implementation

Consultation is now closed

The CRU published an Information and Consultation paper (CRU/19/054) on 20 May 2019 seeking stakeholders’ views on proposed changes to the arrangements for the calculation of the Public Service Obligation Levy as a result of I-SEM implementation.

Following on from this consultation, the CRU published a Proposed Decision paper (CRU/19/129) on 18 October 2019 outlining its proposed decisions regarding the arrangements for calculation of the PSO Levy post I-SEM.

The CRU is now, 27 January 2020, publishing its Decision on the arrangements for calculation of the PSO levy post I-SEM. These arrangements will apply from the 2020/21 PSO cycle onwards.
