Customer Care Team Annual Report 2017

The CRU has today, 31 October 2018, published the 2017 Customer Care Team Annual Report. The Customer Care Team provide a free dispute resolution service to customers with an unresolved complaint against an energy supplier, network operator or Irish Water. This report provides an overview of the level and type of complaints and contacts made by customers to the CRU in 2017.
