CRU Consumer Survey

The Commission for Regulation of Utilities (CRU) has today, 25th February 2022, published the results of the 2021 CRU Consumer Survey. Approximately 2,000 residential customers and 650 SME’s participated in the survey. The survey was conducted between May and July 2021.

The survey measures consumer engagement, experience and attitudes in the electricity and gas markets in Ireland.
