We’ve published our 2024 Annual Report, highlighting progress in customer protection, energy security, and sustainability.
CRU Commissioner Jim Gannon said:
“The work of the Commission continues to be vital in terms of protecting customers, as we, along with our national and international stakeholders, continue to navigate towards a low carbon future. This objective, along with protecting the public interest, is core to the key pieces of work that the CRU delivered in 2024.
In what was the final year of our 3-year Strategic Plan, work commenced in earnest in June to begin setting new priorities for the CRU for the 2025–27 period. This will continue to drive our work to ensure resilient, efficient, sustainable and safe water and energy supplies for Ireland."
