The CRU has published a Decision Paper setting out the basis for its decision to grant Gas Networks Ireland a consent under Section 39A of the Gas Act 1976, as amended, to construct a gas transmission pipeline in County Dublin as part of the Goddamendy Pipeline and AGI (ESB-Corduff) Project. This consent was conveyed in a letter to Gas Networks Ireland which has also been published today.

In addition to this Decision Paper, the CRU has published the following documents: the CRU’s environmental and technical evaluations for the project, the CRU’s environmental screening determinations, Gas Networks Ireland’s environmental submissions for the project, and Gas Networks Ireland’s application for consent to construct the pipeline.
