The CRU has published Version 4.0 of the Petroleum Safety Levy Methodology.

The update of this Paper is mainly the removal of obsolete historic information, improved formatting and figures updated to actual set-up costs incurred. Various clarifications have been added throughout (e.g. inclusion of timeline criteria for a PU planning to produce, the definition of “on-location” for a drill rig, and others).
