The CRU has published an updated Application Form for CRU consent to registration of units by an intermediary under the SEM Trading and Settlement Code. The changes to this form have been made to:

1. Reflect SEM Committee decision SEM-20-063, which made changes to the Form of Authority (Trading and Settlement Code, Part B, Appendix C) regarding the reference to the latest SEM Committee decision regarding intermediary arrangements.
2. Make explicit that the consent relates to the Capacity Market Code in addition to the Trading and Settlement Code.
3. Update contact and submission details under Section 3.
