The Commission for Regulation of Utilities (CRU) and the Utility Regulator (UR) (together the Regulatory Authorities) have published their respective decisions to designate EirGrid plc and SONI Ltd as NEMOs for Ireland and Northern Ireland under Article 4 of the Capacity Allocation and Congestion Management Guidelines which entered into force on 14 August 2015. The current designation will continue from 3 October 2022 on an enduring basis.
