The CRU conducts audits and spot checks of energy suppliers to monitor compliance with the requirements set out in their licences and the Suppliers’ Handbook. The aim of such audits and spot checks is to protect customers by ensuring that suppliers implement, and adhere to, processes and procedures which meet these requirements. The results of these audits and spot checks are published in the papers below.
