The CRU has today, 30 November 2021, published the Annual Energy and Water Monitoring Report for 2020. This paper provides information on the development of competition in the electricity and gas retail markets, an overview of the key developments in the water sector and the work of the CRU Customer Affairs Team in providing a free dispute resolution service to customers.
