The Commission for Regulation of Utilities (CRU) has today, 22 December 2022, published the results of the 2022 CRU Consumer Survey. Approximately 2,000 residential customers and 650 SME’s participated in the survey.

The survey was conducted between May and July 2022 and measures consumer engagement, experience and attitudes in the electricity and gas markets in Ireland.

The survey also includes reference to customers experience in engaging with Irish Water.
