The CRU, today, 11th January 2023 publishes this information paper updating the Terms of Reference (ToR) for the RESS Market Auditor and RESS Auction Monitor. This information paper sets out the RESS Market Auditor and RESS Auction Monitor roles/functions, and Terms of Reference (ToR) for the RESS Market Auditor and RESS Auction Monitor for the period 2023 to 2027, covering both onshore and offshore RESS. This is the second period for the roles. The first covered ran from February 2020 to February 2023
