The CRU has today, 13 January 2023, published the Customer Care Team, Customer Contacts and Complaints, Quarterly Insights Report for Q3 2022.
The CRU’s Customer Care Team act as an information resource for customers and provides a free dispute resolution service to customers with an unresolved complaint against an energy supplier, energy network operator or Irish Water.
This report provides an overview of the level and type of complaints and contacts made by customers to the Customer Care Team in Q3 2022.
