The CRU has today, 7th February 2023, published the PSO Payment 2022-23  Information Note. The purpose of the Information Note is to describe the process for crediting the 2022/23 PSO Payment to customers. It was written specifically for the 2022/23 PSO Payment period and details a  “go live date” of 1st of March 2023 for PSO Payments to customers to commence. In addition, the paper details the prorating arrangements for payments for 2022/23 over a seven-month period. The paper also has a Frequency Asked Question (FAQ) section, to help customers and industry understand the process.
