To support the consultation process and the development of a Smart Meter Data Access Code, the CRU has posed consultation questions that respondents may use as a basis for their review. Extension to the consultation on the Smart Meter Data Access Code The CRU has today, 25 August 2022, decided to extend the deadline for responses to its consultation on the Smart Meter Data Access Code to 17.00 Wednesday 21st September 2022. This follows requests from stakeholders to extend the deadline. Update on the Smart Meter Data Access Code Consultation Process Following this consultation, the CRU will publish a proposed decision on the Smart Meter Data Access Code which will incorporate responses received to the consultation . This will allow for certain sections and schedules of the draft Smart Meter Data Access Code that are currently undrafted and dependent on consultation responses to be provided in a proposed decision. This will enable the CRU to further consult with stakeholders on a near to final version of the code.
