The CRU has today, 19 October 2017, published a Notice to Holders of Generation Licences and Supply Licences granted under Sections 14(1) (a), 14 (1) (b) and 14 (1) (h) of the Electricity Regulation Act, 1999. The Notice relates to the Decision of the Commission for Regulation of Utilities, formerly known as the Commission for Energy Regulation (CRU), on modifications to Generation Licences and Supply Licences, which issued on 15 September 2017 (CER/17/277) and were due to take effect no later than 16 October 2017.
