Thursday, 26 May 2016:  The Commission for Energy Regulation (CER) today published its annual Electricity and Gas Retail Market Report for 2015. This Report is an important component in the CER’s market monitoring role to ensure that competitive energy markets are working for the benefit of consumers.  It provides insights into consumer and supplier behaviour in the Irish energy market and highlights the evolution of an increasingly dynamic and consumer-driven sector that offers innovation and choice, as well as exerting downward pressure on prices.
