The CER has today, 29th August 2014, published a Response Paper to the Irish Water Customer Handbook Consultation.In April and May the CER consulted on proposed requirements for Irish Water’s Codes of Practice, Customer Charter and Terms & Conditions of supply for water and wastewater services. These requirements are combined into one Customer Handbook with separate sections for both domestic and non–domestic Irish Water customers.  This Response Paper summarises the principal comments received to the consultation and outlines the CER's response.
