The CER today (14th January 2014) uploads the North Seas Offshore Authorities Forum (NSOAF) report ‘NSOAF Multi National Audit (MNA) on Human and Organisational Factors for Well Control’ to the Petroleum Safety section of the CER website. In light of the Deepwater Horizon blowout, the North Seas Offshore Authorities Forum (NSOAF) carried out a multi-national audit of the human and organisational factors associated with well control.  The results can now be viewed in this report.
