The CER has today, 31st January 2014 published a Decision Paper (CER/14/026) on the mid term WACC review applying to the electricity TSO and TAO and ESB Networks for 2014 and 2015. This paper outlines the CER’s decision on the appropriate WACC to apply to EirGrid and ESB Networks over the full period 2014 to 2015.
