The CER has today, 7 July 2014, published a Decision Paper on the Safety Regulation of Kinsale Gas Facility.  This paper follows a public consultation on the matter and outlines the CER's decision to regulate the Kinsale Gas Facility as follows:  -   A single safety case will be submitted to the CER, covering both storage and production at Kinsale gas fields, in accordance with the Petroleum Safety Case Guidelines, and    -   This safety case will be regulated by the CER under both the petroleum and gas safety regimes.For further information, please contact Tara Scully at tscully@cer.ie.
