The CER today, 20th  February 2014, wishes to notify industry that the Within-Day Capacity Direction aspect of its decision on “Access Tariffs and Financing the Gas Transmission System” (CER/13/191) has been rescinded by the Commission and therefore will not be implemented. Accordingly, the current provisions in the Gaslink Code of Operations relating to within-day capacity will remain unchanged, and this product will continue to be available at the exit up to 03:00 on the gas day (Day D).A CER note on this issue is provided below, along with correspondence from the Electricity Association of Ireland (which is referenced in the note).
