Customer Care Team Annual Report 2019

The CRU has today, 9September 2020, published it’s 2019 Customer Care Team Annual Report. The CRU’s Customer Care Team provide a free dispute resolution service to customers with an unresolved complaint against an energy supplier, energy network operator or Irish Water. This report provides an overview of the level and type of complaints and contacts made by customers to the Customer Care Team in 2019.
